As a national organization representing members and guests from all over the country, we want to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone to feel comfortable networking and expanding our knowledge and collaboration within our industry.
In an effort to create a COVID-safe environment, ADISA requests that all attendees follow the National CDC and JW Marriott safety guidelines. We have outlined the requirements and recommendations:
Networking is Back! Recommended Safety Protocols to Help Continue the Path to Normal
Masks are required when not outdoors, eating or drinking. For more details, please click here and here.
Social distance (at least 6 feet apart). For more details, please click here and here.
Elbow bump, instead of a handshake, as the greeting protocol. |
As part of a voluntary program, ADISA will offer a green sticker to wear on your badge if you can provide proof of vaccination. Proof can simply be a picture on your phone, or the card provided to you. This is in the spirit of helping make everyone comfortable, and a celebration of getting back to business, face-to-face. |
In addition to the hotel’s policies, which include social distancing in the meeting room sets and modified food and beverage set-ups, ADISA will provide:
- Face masks as needed
- Hand sanitizer stations
- Adjacent pre-function outdoor space
- Opening the Exhibit Hall to the outdoors as much as possible
We have adjusted the conference room set-ups to increase capacity and allow for socially distanced theatre-style seating. Additionally, the tables set up for speakers and panels have a socially distanced set-up to make masks optional for speakers.
We appreciate your participation as an attendee and look forward to seeing you for what will surely be an exciting in-person conference with a great program. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us at adisa@adisa.org.
