As a national organization representing members and guests from all over the country, we want to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone to feel comfortable networking and expanding our knowledge and collaboration within our industry.
In an effort to create a COVID-safe environment, ADISA requests that all attendees follow the National CDC and JW Marriott safety guidelines. We have outlined the requirements and recommendations:
Networking is Back! Recommended Safety Protocols to Help Continue the Path to Normal

As part of a voluntary program, ADISA will offer a green sticker to wear on your badge if you can provide proof of vaccination. Proof can simply be a picture on your phone, or the card provided to you. This is in the spirit of helping make everyone comfortable, and a celebration of getting back to business, face-to-face. | ![]() |
In addition to the hotel’s policies, which include social distancing in the meeting room sets and modified food and beverage set-ups, ADISA will provide:
- Face masks as needed
- Hand sanitizer stations
- Adjacent pre-function outdoor space
- Opening the Exhibit Hall to the outdoors as much as possible
We have adjusted the conference room set-ups to increase capacity and allow for socially distanced theatre-style seating. Additionally, the tables set up for speakers and panels have a socially distanced set-up to make masks optional for speakers.
We appreciate your participation as an attendee and look forward to seeing you for what will surely be an exciting in-person conference with a great program. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us at adisa@adisa.org.
