Board of Directors Election Process
The ADISA Board of Directors election occurs each fall.
The election is managed on a neutral third party’s secured website. To ensure the widest and fairest range of voters, no single organization is regularly entitled to more than three votes. Thus, if you are in a large company, your company may be well represented even though you personally may not receive an individual ballot unless you are one of the three voting members we have listed on file.
To view your voting members:
Step 1: Log into your portal. Make sure you are under the Company profile and not the individual (see diagram below).
Step 2: Click "Manage Organization Contacts" to view Primary & Voting members. (Both Primary & Voting members have voting rights.)
Step 3: Contact Jennifer Fitzgerald if you need to change your voting members.

2026 ADISA Board of Directors Election Schedule
Wednesday, Sept. 10 -- Nominations Open
Friday, Oct. 4 -- Nominations Close
Friday, Oct. 18 -- Deadline for changes made to company voting list
Week of Oct. 27 -- Election Opens
Wednesday, Nov. 19 -- Election Closes
Tuesday, Dec. 2 -- Election results announced via press release
