ADISA is excited to announce a new invitation-only pilot program launching at our 2026 Spring Conference, bringing together premier RIAs, independent broker-dealers, and product sponsors for guaranteed, pre-scheduled one-on-one due diligence meetings. This exclusive program offers a highly efficient and intentional way to evaluate offerings, strengthen relationships, and discover innovative solutions.

About the Program

Sponsors will engage in 10 to 15 private 1:1 meetings across two days, matched through My Business Matches, a leading meeting-management platform: https://www.mybusinessmatches.com/home/?lang=en-US

The goal is to provide meaningful, time-efficient interactions that enhance your conference experience without pulling you away from ADISA’s core programming.

Schedule & Format

To ensure a seamless experience, meeting blocks are strategically placed around conference sessions:

• Monday, March 30 – Afternoon Session
• Tuesday, March 31 – Morning & Afternoon Sessions

Each block will last approximately one hour and consist of a series of 15-minute one-on-one meetings, during which associates will rotate from table to table to meet with different product sponsors. This structure provides focused time for due diligence conversations while still allowing ample opportunity to participate in ADISA’s educational sessions, networking events, and exhibit hall engagement.

The program is complimentary for Spring Conference platinum sponsors, and for gold, silver, and bronze sponsors - the price is $5,000 (for ADISA members).
