ADISA continues to partner with The Milken Institute, a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank focused on accelerating measurable progress on the path to a meaningful life. The following students, members of The Milken Institute's 2025 HBCU Fellows Program, will be in attendance at ADISA's 2025 Annual Conference & Trade Show.
Haithem Amir

Haithem Amir is a senior at Howard University pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. He is an Obama-Chesky Voyager Scholar, Splunk HBCU Scholar, and Gener8tor Social Impact Award recipient. Professionally, he has held roles in investment banking at Barclays and Nomura, product management at Splunk, and will join McKinsey & Company as an incoming Business Analyst and Harlem Capital as a Venture Capital Winter Analyst in 2026.
Beyond his professional experiences, Haithem is the Co-Founder and CEO of CAMP, an Angel-backed campus connectivity and discovery platform. He also serves on the Investment Committee of Project ACCLAIM, a $5M student-managed endowment fund, and is a Fellow with AltFinance and the Milken Institute. Committed to using technology and finance for impact, Haithem aspires to expand opportunity for underrepresented founders while advancing economic development in East Africa.
Adam Campbell

Adam Campbell is a Howard University sophomore pursuing a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics. Growing up in Philadelphia and spending time in Israel has shaped Adam's appreciation for diverse perspectives and the importance of building connections.
His passion for finance comes from his fascination with how markets operate and his appreciation for the minds of CEOs and management teams. As Howard University Investment Group's financial analyst, Adam conducts valuations and pitches investment ideas. He has also interned at firms like S&P Global, PwC, and Blackstone, gaining experience in financial modeling, credit ratings, and strategic consulting. Adam explored private equity this summer through an internship at Permira, further sharpening his investment skills.
Elias Carson

Elias Carson is a finance professional in JPMorgan Chase’s Leadership Development Program, currently focusing on data analytics, knowledge management, and product delivery. He earned a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of the District of Columbia (Magna Cum Laude) and will complete his Master’s in Business Analytics at Georgetown University in December 2025.
A Milken Institute HBCU Fellow and Structured Finance Association Scholar, Elias has built a strong foundation in alternative investments and structured finance, engaging with industry leaders and developing the network and expertise needed to bridge capital markets, private credit, and emerging financial technologies. He is actively preparing for a transition into private equity and private credit.
Brighton Chisanga
Brighton Chisanga is a sophomore at Rust College, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. With a keen interest in leveraging technology to address business finance challenges, Brighton dedicates his time to analyzing stock market trends, business news, and emerging technological advancements. As the founder of E’novate Hub in his home country, Brighton empowers college students with entrepreneurial skills, drawing inspiration from successful industry leaders. His participation in the Milken Fellowship aligns perfectly with his aspirations to gain in-depth knowledge in asset management and enhance his financial literacy. Brighton's technical acumen and business insights have earned him a prestigious internship at Microsoft for a second term, where served as a Software Engineer and Product Management intern.
Sydnee Harris-Ratliff
Sydnee Harris Ratliff is a sophomore Business Marketing student from Kansas City, Missouri, and a full-ride Honors student receiving the Willie A. Deese Scholarship at North Carolina State University. She is deeply committed to her community and campus, actively participating in various organizations, including the Honors Planning Committee. Sydnee joined the Milken Institute to expand her financial management, funding, and entrepreneurship knowledge, specifically to strengthen her dessert business, Silky Treats. Having recently won the pitch competition with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), she is eager to grow her business with strategic funding and proper financial management. Sydnee aspires to utilize her marketing degree to work for a corporation where she can apply her leadership and creative marketing skills to make an impactful difference. Additionally, she plans to follow her family’s legacy by pursuing a career in the Air Force after graduation.
Madison Oliver
Madison Oliver is a five-year Professional MBA candidate at Florida A&M University, originally from West Orange, New Jersey. Her background includes experience in traditional investments, digital services, and financial education, with a strong passion for using data and analysis to support smarter financial decision-making. During the past summer, Madison interned at DWS Group as a Traditional Investments Intern. In this role, she supported the Solutions team by optimizing fixed income portfolios for insurance clients. She utilized Excel and Bloomberg to analyze portfolio performance, streamline large datasets, and deliver a comprehensive stock pitch that included valuation and market research.
She has further enriched her expertise through competitive programs such as the Shenkman Leveraged Credit Scholars Program, which focuses on buy-side fixed income research, and the Milken Institute HBCU Fellowship, where she gained foundational knowledge in financial markets, attended industry conferences, and developed professional skills. On campus, Madison serves as a Graduate Assistant within the School of Business and Industry, assisting with research, Investments courses, and extracurricular activities. She is also a Financial Ambassador for the Society of Financial Education and Professional Development, where she advises more than 200 peers on financial literacy and wealth-building strategies. In addition, she supports first-year students as a Peer Mentor through the Office of Freshman Studies, helping them transition successfully into college life.
Madison’s career interests lie in asset management, portfolio solutions, and alternative investments. She is committed to building a career at the intersection of finance, data analysis, and client advisory.
Aaron Tatum

Aaron Tatum is a rising third-year Business Finance major minoring in Accounting at Morehouse College from Detroit, Michigan. This past summer, Aaron interned at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Corporate Analyst Development Program Summer Analyst, contributing to a $5 million initiative to close the wealth gap for Black and Hispanic women in Memphis, TN. He also gained experience in supply chain finance and financial analysis during his internship at LM Manufacturing. Aaron received several honors on campus, including the Dr. Michael L. Lomax Student Success Scholarship, E.B Williams Scholarship, Dean’s List, and Mathematics Award. He actively participates in leadership and professional development programs, such as Goldman Sachs Market Madness, Bloomberg Academy of Excellence, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and SEO Career. Aaron Tatum was a JPMorgan Chase & Co. intern in Plano, TX this past summer.
Trinity Williams

Trinity Williams is a rising third-year Business Administration major at Paul Quinn College from Belleville, Illinois. With a 3.9 GPA, she has consistently earned recognition on the Dean’s List and demonstrates academic and community excellence. As a driven entrepreneur, Trinity is the founder and CEO of 360 Vibes, a thriving 360 Photo Booth rental business that delivers innovative and memorable event experiences. With expertise in digital marketing, graphic design, and analytics, Trinity blends creativity with strategic planning to drive growth and success in her endeavors. This year, Trinity achieved another milestone by securing a prestigious rotational marketing and client services internship at Gallagher Bassett, a Fortune 500 insurance company in Chicago, Illinois. Through this internship, she continued to build her marketing strategies, client relations, and project management skills, preparing for a dynamic career in business and management.
