Mateo Ewell is a graduate student in the Financial Planning and Analytics program, with an expected graduation in August. Currently employed at Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Banking Specialist, Mateo is dedicated to empowering clients in the Northwest market to achieve their financial aspirations.

With nine years of experience, Mateo has honed expertise in understanding human behavior within the realm of finance, leveraging this insight to drive meaningful outcomes for clients. His multifaceted expertise encompasses banking solutions, credit management, retirement planning, investment strategies, wealth management, and holistic portfolio planning.

Recognized for his resourcefulness and proactive mindset, Mateo excels in overcoming challenges and is currently managing his team's financial banking book of business while actively seeking networking opportunities to contribute to the advancement of the finance industry.

Mateo's areas of interest extend beyond finance into financial planning, consulting, analytics, asset protection, estate planning, trusts, and investments. Outside of work, Mateo enjoys spending quality time with his dog, exploring new culinary adventures, and satisfying his wanderlust by discovering new destinations.

Diantha Lemon is a Master of Financial Planning and Analytics student at Utah Valley University. She is pursuing the CFP ® designation. She was a high school math teacher for three years, during which time she developed and taught a class about personal finance. This ignited a passion for personal finance, which led to her career change. She hopes to be able to help individuals and families find greater confidence in their finances. In her free time, she enjoys reading and trying new food.
