As we reflect on 2025 and a year of significant change, several moments stood out!
In 2025, nearly 2,000 industry professionals joined us across five ADISA events, including nearly 600 Broker-Dealers and RIAs. More than 200 exhibitors participated, including 66 Presenting Sponsors or participation in the Sponsor Workshops at one, two, or all three TNDDA events.

ADISA welcomed 327 NEW memberships in 2025!
To carry forward TNDDA’s vital due diligence mission, TNDDA was fully integrated into ADISA. In the past year, we hosted two dedicated TNDDA stand-alone events, along with a combined summer program featuring ADISA’s Due Diligence Forum and TNDDA, in addition to our Spring Conference and Annual Conference & Trade Show. TNDDA saw record-breaking attendance and completely sold-out sponsorships.

This summer, ADISA entered a new chapter of leadership, appointing Jade Miller as CEO and John Grady as Executive Director—an important milestone that underscores the association’s evolving governance and its commitment to a forward-looking strategic vision.

Eleven “Focus on Alts” educational videos were distributed (recorded at ADISA’s 2024 Annual Conference & Trade Show). “The Role and Purpose of Transfer Agents” featuring Kevin Brennan, Computershare, had the most views with 640.

Six educational podcasts featuring ADISA members (recorded at ADISA’s 2025 Spring Conference) and five podcasts featuring The Milken Institute 2024 Fellows (recorded at ADISA’s 2024 Annual Conference & Trade Show) were distributed.
