ADISA, along with other members of The Real Estate Like-Kind Exchange Coalition, signed a letter submitted earlier this week to House Committee on Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal (D-MA), and Senate Committee on Finance Chairman Ron Wyden (D-OR), emphasizing the importance of like-kind exchanges. Submitted as the chairmen develop and consider budget reconciliation legislation, the letter outlines the important contribution that Section 1031 exchanges make to job creation, economic mobility, and other shared social and environmental objectives.
