As the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic persists in the United States and around the globe, ADISA has made the difficult decision to cancel what would have been its first in-person meeting in over a year – ADISA Live!, scheduled to be held at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas February 10-12, 2021.

On December 14, 2020, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak revised the state’s stay-at-home orders to 25% capacity for all events and conferences, which is extended through January 15, 2021. With this announcement, ADISA’s Board of Directors reached the decision to cancel ADISA Live! after concluding it would be nearly impossible to hold the conference in Las Vegas as planned in early February.

What Does This Mean For You?
  • If you are currently registered as an attendee for ADISA Live!, your registration will be fully refunded in the coming week.
  • If you are registered to exhibit, an ADISA staff member will be contacting you to assist with options moving forward in 2021.
  • All invoicing for membership renewals for sponsors and affiliates will be held until March 2021.

Over the past decade, ADISA’s membership and attendance have both significantly increased and created an energy and excitement at every event that has been palpable. This energy is created from both a strong attendance and the ability to meet face-to-face rather than virtually.

With that, we will host our first in-person meeting next year, the 2021 Spring Conference, in early May, with the location and exact dates forthcoming. The conference will deliver what our audience deserves – an exceptional event that provides great networking and education, with a well-balanced attendance that represents all sponsors, service providers and funding sources. Furthermore, look for smaller, educational-focused online events and webinars to be held as we head into 2021, leading into the Spring Conference.

We thank all members for your continued support as we have navigated 2020, and look forward to the resumption of our in-person events as we head into 2021.
