The Spring Symposium Program Book is distributed onsite to all conference attendees. This book features all the details of the event including the agenda, speaker bios and exhibiting companies' information. It is 65+ pages, 6x9 and has a circulation of 500+. Attendees often keep this book as a reference guide after the conference.

Reserving an ad:

  • You must agree to register and attendee the 2014 REISA Spring Symposium
  • You must sign and agree to the ad contract
  • Ads will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis
  • All submissions are subject to the approval of the REISA Board of Directors and the Conference Planning Committee, who reserve the right to reject any advertising

Creating and submitting an ad:

  • Artwork must be in PDF format
  • Must be 300 dpi or higher
  • Include all fonts and graphics embedded in files
  • Ads created in Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint or any other word processing program will not be accepted. These files must be exported to PDF.
  • Full page ads smaller than the specified size will be centered on the page
  • All reservations must be accompanied by full payment by Feb. 21, 2014.
