The members of ADISA (Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association), the nation’s largest trade association serving the alternative investment and securities industry, have elected six new directors to its 2018 board, and also three at-large directors have been selected.

The newly elected 2018 board members are:

The at-large directors are:

The new board members join the returning board members, who were elected last fall to two-year terms, and include:

Keith Lampi, 2018 ADISA President, Inland Private Capital Corporation
John Grady, ADISA’s Immediate Past President, DLA Piper
Brandon Balkman, Orchard Securities
Brian Buehler, Triton Pacific Securities
Austin Dutton, BDA Bridge Valley Financial
Peter Magnuson, Securities America
Vali Nasr, Claraphi Advisory Network

Darryl Steinhause of DLA Piper also serves as a non-voting, volunteer Legal Counsel.

ADISA board elections occur in the fall; each director was elected to a two-year term through 2019.

Incoming ADISA President Keith Lampi said, "I could not be more pleased with the composition and diversity of the 2018 board of directors. The full gamut of constituents is well represented, which underscores the value in ADISA's process of holding open and inclusive elections as the key driver of the formation of its leadership."
