  Since 2005, FINRA has published its Regulatory and Examinations Priorities Letter to provide its membership with a heads-up as to what's on the SRO's radar. DPPs are a perennial "hot button," but FINRA has identified many other topics that impact ADISA's membership. Cybersecurity, senior investors, outsourcing and sales practices, in addition to non-traded REITs and private placements are all topics that this panel of experts will take head-on. Attendees will receive valuable insight and perspective that will keep you in the know and in compliance.
