- ADISA is currently updating the legendary 1031/DST Best Practices white paper that was published in 2006, which will be revealed at the 2022 Spring Conference. We will preview the update on the call.
- The Mick Law team will provide contemporaneous trends they are seeing in underwriting assumptions and things to watch.
- Top due diligence tips for the current environment, along with a couple of recent mistakes to avoid on mezz debt and master leases.
The BDAC calls are for Broker-Dealers only and feature interactive discussion of issues important to the BD community. Participants in the ADISA Broker-Dealer Advisory Council are limited to ADISA Associate members (i.e., Broker-Dealers/Registered Investment Advisers). Third-party due diligence firm representatives as well as representatives from Managing/Sponsor Broker-Dealers may be invited to participate periodically. The Co-Chairs of the Advisory Council will determine what conference calls or meetings are open to non-retail broker-dealers and third party due diligence firms. Staff will notify those Affiliate and Sponsor members when they are invited to participate in a call or meeting and open meetings will be noted on the website.
